Terms of Service
Terms for the limited beta.

Status
Ballot AI is operated by EAGLE AFRICA TRADING AND DISTRIBUTION CORPORATION, 7120 North Mills Rd, Charlotte, NC 28216 USA. Eligibility and governing jurisdiction provisions remain under review.
Beta scope
The limited beta supports brand setup, authorized Meta connections, connection checks and manual draft review. General live publishing, AI generation, scheduling and billing are not currently available. Historical owner-authorized tests do not establish general availability.
Content and authorization
Only submit assets and content you are authorized to use. Only connect accounts you control or have permission to manage. Review content and destinations before approving. Draft creation or editing is not permission to publish. Final content licensing and acceptable-use terms remain under review.
External delivery
A send already in progress cannot reliably be recalled by editing or rejecting a draft. Unknown outcomes require reconciliation. Reconnecting does not authorize automatic resending.
Outstanding provisions
Pricing, consumer rights, warranties, liability, termination, dispute resolution and applicable law remain under review. No service level guarantee is offered.
Government request procedure
The owner and legal adviser approved the government request procedure on October 20, 2026. Sobowale Tunde is accountable, with intake at support@ballotpost.com. Authority verification, legal review, appropriate challenge, data minimization and a restricted decision register are required. Retention and legal holds are assessed case by case. The procedure is reviewed annually.
